So there are two possibilities. The game has not been updated to include the new amiibo, so its acting like a non botw amiibo. MM link is the ONLY amiibo to drop FD items and YLSSB is just another amiibo. Hopefully theres an update to include the new amiibo to work like the MM one, otherwise you have to get your hands on MM amiibo or hack it. 4.

I'm not familiar with the program you're using so I have no real solution (short of try all the files? get new files? really idk), but in game if you can't use an amiibo somewhere it won't show you a circle like you're seeing in the video, it will just be an X. I'd imagine the program would do the same, but I have no idea. Amiibo CAN be used in game mode while playing WiiU games through Cemu. I wasn't sure whether to flair this as PSA/Advice or Guide, pls no bulli. TL;DR: using Alt, N, arrow keys, enter, and mouse input can open the nfc menu in Cemu even in game mode.
