As stated in that link, using Win11 on Deck fixes the issue. Wireless I speedtest ~500Mbps under SteamOS. Wired is ~1gigabit. But then wired or wireless I tend to cap out around 5MB/s under SteamOS. Under Win11, same speedtest results. Then wireless I download from Steam at ~60MB/s, wired I can hit 125MB/s (my full speed).
