Goldenhill Plantation Quest Bug. So I started up a new game of skyrim, I wanted to do The Unquiet Dead quest first to establish a homestead. I do have several mods in the game but the quest worked for one of my other play throughs. Every time I kill the ghost and grab his letter, the quest won't trigger like its suppose to.
