long story short it started with low fuel press>fouled plugs/wires > MAF bad > FPR bad. i fixed the low fuel pressure with a missing o-ring in the fuel pump assembly, the wires and plugs probably got bad from running rich for too long and the MAF was just plain dirty. The fuel pressure regulator probably made the most difference.

RPM drops down to 2000 and it's basically in limp mode. Won't go over 2000 RPM and bucks when trying to accelerate. My scan tool is showing a P1326 code which is pretty generic but I think it's knock sensor related. Closest dealer is 45 minutes away so I'll have to have it towed there. Can't look at it for a week and have no loaners.
