So I was having this problem too. What you need to do is before starting the off season fire your OC. Then hire new one. Problem solved. Thats not problem solved that is a work around. The game fires my offensive coordinator after the season and won’t let me hire a new one. I get a notification saying I need one to play the next.Basically you need to FIRE your OC the week of the SB... then go to FILL spots on menu to [re]hire the OC (before advancing). Then you can hire (or re-hire) the OC, and you will not get stuck with the FATAL ERROR (you need to repeat ever year).
