The bonus hit from Power Droplet is flagged as all weapon types so if it gets the killing blow it will count as a kill for all weapons at the same time. Since Whittle Wizard only needs a single kill to unlock the first rank this will happen fairly quickly even though the chances of the Power Droplet proc getting the killing blow is low. The 1.2 public test patch has a device that let's you dupe items, including one of a kind items. But it will also make the tiny fist build less broken.
