The 365 is so modular. Get an xl and then buy the macro and micro grip modules and get some 10, 12, and 17 round mags. You practically get 3 different guns. I carry a p364 with a spare mag in a Gideon mag holder in my offhand pocket. 10+1 in the gun and 17 more in my pocket—pretty unbeatable for concealment, comfort, and capacity.

The P365 X-macro isn't that much smaller than the stock m18 but is definitely thinner which would help with printing. If you wanted smaller the P365X is a better option without going to a much shorter grip in the P365. And, a PMM comp can be placed on the front giving the same length as the Xmacro.

The only way to put a 3.7" barrel on a X Macro Comp is to change the slide and barrel however you do not need to change the spring.
