We were thinking near the sinkhole due to its central location but I've been reading on here that that doesn't really matter and I guess with an obelisk it doesn't. I was wondering what area is the best place to build I’m currently lvl 32 and am looking to make a permanent base. I'd say the green north (north-west of the map) around new asgarth is a good general spot, but there are usually many bases already. Ressource rich, good thrall farm and you can get anywhere on foor relatively fast from there.Right next to the shattered springs, and Sepermeru. I built way up in a tree in the Savannah north of Sep.
