New Student Housing Project. We are very excited to share the progress of our next phase of student housing at CSUN. Currently under construction is a 198-bed student housing complex. This addition to the housing inventory at CSUN will expand our availability for on-campus student housing and increase space for student engagement. Undergraduate students may withdraw from no more than 18 semester units of CSUN courses. This 18 semester-unit limit does not apply to the first 20 days of each semester when withdrawals from courses are permitted without academic restriction or penalty.
