It presently is believed only to exist offline or in rare cases. Tagged just means you're on Scav sights. Find cover for ~2 minutes and they reset.Idk if it's changed, but the last time I played, if you just hovered over with the cursor, it would list the guns you have that it would go to. Example, if you had the flashlight attachment for the pump shotgun, it would list the pump shotgun when you hovered over the flashlight.
