Soon as I got home with the new Micro, I tried swapping the completed slide onto my old 43x. And it fits Beautifully! Haven't shot this setup yet, hoping to this weekend

Compact vs. full size frame won't matter much. Compact size frame will give you g19 dimensions for the grip, full size frame will give you g45 dimensions for the grip. Slide fit on the top will be the same If you're already invested in the 15 round g19 mags, better to go with compact frame, since they won't fit in the full size frame.
