Shows an F12 Fault code. tested ac input and its 124v. unit will shut down after turning on after about a minute. have a second unit and it works fine. was set to 2p1 on faulty inverter, 2p2 on the one that works fine. signature solar doesnt know whats the issue.
The EG4 6500EX is an OFF-GRID type inverter. The AC input connection from the main panel is one way. Grid AC can be used by the inverter to charge batteries or pass thru to power loads, it cannot send AC backwards into the grid for NET metering or sell back purposes.

Original firmware in the LV6548's. I do not use the LV6548's charge controllers. I added a pair of EG4 MPPT100-48 SCC's due to higher string voltage.Out of the box inverters, original firmware, I had "ground sensitive" equipment that would fault on battery power. This means you'll only be using one leg of your input for power, either L1 or L2. Let's say L1. On the inverter you will connect L1 to the L input, neutral to the N input, and ground to the G input.
