First check your inertia fuel cut off switch. If button is popped up then press it back in. If that is reset and still will only turn over but not start then I would check for what's missing. Fuel, fire or air. Do fuel pressure check at the fuel rail. If fuel pressure is correct then check for fire at the spark plugs.

Confirm that you have one terminal hot all the time (B+), and a second terminal hot with the ignition switch in the on position. Put the FP relay back and check the terminals at the PCM relay.Fuel pump failure, clogged fuel filter, or an empty fuel tank are some common culprits.
