I put in the correct credit card number and correct CVC, only input the wrong exp date. I did not get the good popup, nor I got the warning that credit card was declined. I got the Pearson VUE Confirmation of Payment via email.The only 2 comments I saw suggesting it happened was a "friend of a friend" type situation where the writer heard their friends friend had a good pop up and failed.
