The motors will roll the window UP but not DOWN. I'm fairly certain I broke something or some part of the window mechanism came unattached. I talked to the Chevy dealer and they think it's broken and I'll have to replace the whole regulator which requires drilling rivets and replacing them with bolts. ~$180 for the regulator and ~$140 for labor.
