Use supersampling (higher res gfx pack), do not overuse it because Cemu currently uses Linear for downscaling no matter what. If jaggies are not completely gone use FXAA/SMAA. I think you can just put the settings xml file on paste bin. I haven't done anything special really. I just downloaded the botw graphics pack, ramped everything up to ultra. Chose the 60fps++ option with seafrosts graphics option. Then in nvidia control panel lock the fps to 60 for cemu.

I have not tested this preset on Ryujinx but theoretically it should work similar to Yuzu. Cemu is by far the best way to play BOTW on PC due to better optimization and the ability to further tweak graphical settings via the Graphic Packs.
