I do get these speeds using the XB7 in router mode. Also get these speeds shortly after enabling bridge mode, but overnight something happens and download speeds will only max out at around 150-180Mbps. Restarting the router (via it's admin page/Xfinity website/unplugging it) does not fix the issue.

What you choose will depend on what type of Xfinity service you have (cable or fiber) and what Xfinity allows. If they will provide the Modem and you buy the WiFi router, that is easiest.
