It's from a few months ago, so it could very well be one of my backups that got dragged to the wrong folder. It's quite large, containing 18.8 GB, and has its own `sys` and `usr` folders in it as well. Am I correct in assuming that only the `sys` and `usr` folders should be in this folder, and that the second `mlc01` folder is safe to be deleted?

Open the Cemu application. On the top bar, navigate to File -> Install game update or DLC. Navigate to and open the folder of your update/DLC dump. Open the meta folder. Select the meta.xml file.
