Avoid compressed air beyond what one of those keyboard cleaner cans produce, or you can blow out passage blocks and ruin the carburetor.Perhaps a wireing diagram would help you out. Gotta repair manual. Perhaps something connected to the ign. is adding to the load and blowing the fuse. If you do clean and inspect elec. connections I suggest a bit of dielectric grease on the connections.
