The cards are pretty easy to get considering they only require you to max the Judgment and Empress social links. The cards are available from: Elec- Lucifer. Ice- Isis. Fire- Hell Biker. I am having a problem in making Yoshitsune since I only have 3 of the Personas which are (Hermit) Hitokotonusi and (Fool) Shiki-Ouji and (Emperor) Oukuninushi.
