Personally recommend Vulkan for playing; OpenGL has higher peak performance, but the stuttering stops being an issue, although upscaling will cause visual bugs on RTX 3000 series GPUs on Vulkan. It then dawned on me… what could possibly be eating the memory up (as even in COD MW2 I was only getting 2,000 MB used on GPU, which again, didn’t make sense and definitely would cause the stuttering) and I realized that bloatware was the issue. In task manager, bloatware… and get this… was eating 60% of the memory. 60 freaking percent. Ryujinx official runs the game very well with some issues and Yuzu official barely runs with some areas completely broken. You need the custom Ryu builds if you can't wait for the official release.
