Dec 20, 2020 · With all that being said, I wouldn't choose between the X Carry and X Compact based on capacity or bragging rights. If you're set on either one, choose the one based on size and comfort. Both EDC well although the X Compact obviously conceals a little bit better. ianzuckerman157.
Jan 30, 2020 · SIG could have done a better job naming: X-Carry = Open carry (duty) X-Compact = Concealed carry. I have an X-Carry the usually wears an X-Compact grip module. The only decision between the two you really need to make is whether you want the longer or shorter barrel, since the grip can be swapped. Share. I like a high grip, so that's great. On the other hand, the Xgrip has a little flare at the toe of the grip, as a baby magwell. That annoys me to no end.
