Symptoms before bfp.

I've been reading a lot of the TWW postings & talking to friends who have had babies and it seems that a common symptom amongst those who get a BFP is constipation. I'm currently about 7dpo, but I am still very regular. Everytime I have to go, it makes me think this is not the month for...December 2009. No pain normally but when I peed it would be an intense cramping pain at the end that would linger 10-15 min. Went to the doctor, tests came back negative (no UTI). Well their advice is right haha, symptom spotting is completely useless because it varies so much and because PMS symptoms are basically identical to pregnancy symptoms. The first time we were trying, the cycle before the one where we conceived I had nausea, fatigue, food aversions, spotting around implantation time, sore boobs. Not pregnant.
