The Holley 3245 carb was only used on the 1966 Chevy II L79. Carbs built for factory install on those cars had 3 digit date codes. In 1973, Holley went to 4 digit Julian calendar date codes. 047 is February. The '6' is not likely 1986 or 1996, so it makes sense it's 1976. carb On the air horn is a date code also. if it has the corect date code then it is a Z-28 carb, but if it's date after 1969 then it's a replacement carb. I have seen carbs with the DZ letters with date codes into the 70's. They are over the counter replacement carbs. It might still have some worth but not near as much as a correct dated carb.
