Hi, I'm trying to diagnose an MBE 926 in a Freightliner M2 with low regen temps. I can get the DOC over 525 degrees but the doser won't stroke and spray any fuel. Eventually I get a "low doser fuel pressure" code. I checked the fuel pressure at the temp sensor and only had 45 PSI, and way too much returning to the tank, like 100 oz in 1 minute at idle.in this video I demonstrate how to override the idle shut down on a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia. My normal regen used to be every 2-300 miles and last about 20 minutes.Engine RPM will rise, when the DPF light goes off and engine returns to idle. (approx. 45 minutes to an hour) manual regeneration is complete. IMPORTANT: To stop a manual regeneration, turn the ignition off. If you can no longer start a regen then you will eventually get stuck in a derate which will then lead to an engine shut down.
