Feb 24, 2020 · Grilled Lamb Chops are fire-grilled on the bone, served with garlic mashed potatoes, and ready for the taking. I hate that I was only able to order the lamb chops once before they went away. I so love them. I think they should be a regular menu item or at least more than once a year. Longhorn Steakhouse think about it.

Sprinkle with rub on both sides. Only use about one teaspoon per pork chop, depending on the size of your chops.
