You don't benefit as much from your precise strike while doing double slice, but you already have to use an agile weapon to get the benefit of Devise a stratagem, so getting two strikes that have the same MAP modifier is a good trade in my opinion.The Black Powder Knuckle Duster are agile which makes them a good choice for an off-hand weapon.
