My Time at Sandrock is a little more generous on this front than most as it actually gives you solid numbers denoting how much a gift affects a character’s relationship with you.
If this is npc specific I was consideering Fang or Logan. and propose, not sure about others, but Fang unfortunately does not. But he has a post-marriage mission with a lot of Fangservice!
