For me the top 3 weapons for PvE are in order 1-King UGS, 2- Ice Rapier + CMW + Leo ring, 3- Crypt Blacksword + Dark weapon. King UGS utterly destroyed Fume Knight at NG+4, every hit was causing 830 damage or so, with no buffs, just pure strength and strike damage, the official DS2 PvE fucker (because you know, not beating the same dead horse but at least 75% of the enemies are dudes in armor).
