Hey Friends, I don't know if this has been your experience, but when I unload a flare gun shell, it returns to 100% condition. I've heard several people speak of this as a legitimate feature of "refreshing your shells." Is that right? It seems like a bug to me, a la the flare gun shells never expending once you shoot them.
