I’ve never had issues getting my full bandwidth from GCI. I’ve got their gig plan. Wired, I typically get ~900 to their Speedtest server and ~800 to a server in Seattle. GCI’s throttling used to be pretty aggressive, dropping you to 1-2Mbps after you hit the cap. They changed that recently. Now if you run out of data, you’ll drop to 10/2.
