Got all 145. Hey, so I took NCLEX yesterday 6/28 and ended up getting all 145 questions. I have been really racking my brain and not sure what to think. I know it's possible to pass/fail in 75-145. I'm too afraid to do the PVT, but I've been checking the LSBN throughout the evening 6/28 into today 6/29. My NCLEX status went from pending ...Going off how the NCLEX adapts, I don't necessarily think your pass or fail was entirely dependent on that last question. I mean it certainly could've been, just not the case 100% of the time that someone goes to 145. Plus keep in mind, some people are randomly selected to go all the way to 145 questions, no matter how well you're actually doing.It's just that NCLEX is very tricky. Especially the prioritizations and especially when the question asks you about the best intervention you would do. but hey! i know you can do it! you made it thru nursing school. you made it so far. so you got this!!! nclex is another milestone. study hard- give all your best.The NCLEX progressively asks you harder questions. Most students would probably say that SATA questions are the hardest question formats because, as the name implies, you need to find "all" the correct answers for a given question. Therefore most students reason, if I'm getting a lot of SATA questions, then I'm getting tougher questions.In my opinion, I think Archer review is more similar to NCLEX questions besides some spelling/grammar mistakes. It's also a lot (A LOT) cheaper than UWORLD. I did a Mark Klimek lecture and my 75 practice questions (sometimes twice) for the next 2-3 weeks up to my test date. ...
