When I compared the two, miles down was great for general concept knowledge with some indepth stuff for high yield material. Jack Sparrow is great too, but also has a good amount of low yield material cards. I did miles down because it was easier to learn for me. I did 100 cards daily but even that is slow for me right now tbh.

What I am doing right now is fantastic for content review. I am doing the Kaplan Books and pairing it with the Kaplan Organized Milesdown Anki deck (except for Psych/Soc (using 300 page document) and Cars (doing daily JackWestin passage)).. Doing Anki cards without fully understanding them serves little value, so make sure you fully understand the concepts, and then retain them with Anki.Premed 95s pysch deck, which is based off the 300 pg doc. It's just more illustrated and 100% more overkill. It's literally one deck dedicated to psych/socio.
