The issue is that you have basically no time to do anything with 10 minutes besides loot two rooms and run to an extract, and you have virtually no chance of fighting a PMC which is a major part of the new karma system. My suggestion is to increase the minimum scav raid time to 25 minutes across maps.

Most new(er) players are not going to have a high survival rate, so scav runs are going to likely be necessary to help supplement their income. Scav runs can also be useful for learning new maps, as opposed to using offline mode. I like to start a play session with a scav run simply to get into the Tarkov mindset after likely playing other games.

Most of the profit i made last wipe running scav case was from keys or expensive tech items. Just run whatever you're willing to lose, it's a lot like gambling. The one advice i will give, use moonshine for streamer items, use intel for keys, and 95k if you're trying to turn profit.
