Totally depends on your build. With an assault rifles build, Problem Solver can be "best weapon in the game", add tech weapon skills and "Widowmaker" can be "best weapon". Tech build, Widowmaker and Comrade's Hammer were my go-tos. Having ping battles with enemy tech snipers is quite a high point.
