My second oil change had 3614 mils on the oil. Aluminum was 5, copper 7, tin 1, silver 5, lead 0, iron 26. PPM Two other members posted similar numbers to mine with 3-6K on oil. Diesels break in over a longer period. I have always noticed w/ new vehicles, it takes the first three oil changes for everything to trend down and flush out.
