Recently I was cutting with a rotary cutter and noted that my tractor was being pushed even when I pushed the clutch in. This only happened when the PTO was engaged and attached to the rotary cutter.Back working on the Ford 3000, this time we dive into the hydraulic system. When I press the pedal about 1" or 2" from the floor I can change the gears (with pto running). The pto stops with the pedal all the way to the floor as normal and I can change gears.15,205. Hi all, Just replaced the fuel filter on my '72 Ford 3000, did the bleeding as specified in manual, opened bleed screw on filter, fuel came out, opened bleed screw on pump and fuel came out, then opened injector pipes and nothing.
