It was very fun, and is something that anybody can do. You don't have to be a wrench wielding ninja to make this happen (trust me…I'm not a wrench ninja).
Swap the gas tanks. The Predator 212 motor fits the Coleman CT200U-A frame, but the gas tank cap sits directly under the seat when installed. It's a real pain in the ass to try to put gas in this thing without changing the gas tank. This means you have to remove the exhaust and air box in order to remove the tank.I got very similar results by putting a hotrodded (15+ hp.) 212cc in a kart too heavy for it. The real horsepower in it only appears at much higher rpm than the kart could get up to with its tall gearing. BTW, since it is a 212cc on a Dingo with (assuming) 18" Tires you should be using a Torque Converter. If a 30 series with 6" Driven pulley, it will have a 10% overdrive. If you gear the kart 6:1 with a TC, in overdrive it will be 5.4 :1. 5000 RPM. 5.4 :1 Gear Ratio.
