Playing with a 20-40 ms ping and 200mbs download an 25upload from the Netherlands connecting to European servers is still garbage. The game has been close to unplayable for me for about a week. My connection is pretty good (usually less than 20 ping) but rubber banding is so bad, and it takes so long to register kills.
