I only have UWSA#2 left, did forms 6,7,8 and the "old" 120 and wanted to know if the "new' 120 is relevant. A technical question, is there a way to do the new Free 120 on an online interface, like the old (current) 120, nbmes etc, or is the only option to do it from the PDF document? Hope this waiting period for the score passes easily for you.

r/Step2. • 1 yr. ago. PSA: free 120 just updated. As of this morning, there’s a new set of free 120 questions if you do them in the interactive testing experience. I did them yesterday and wanted to review them again today…only to realize it’s a whole new set of questions. Happy studying!
Took Step 2 yesterday - old 120 was very easy, new 120 was more vague and felt more like the exam. I'd do both incase a question comes up on the real deal (I saw only 1 word for word question on the real thing).

Hi all, I just finished the Free 120 with an overall 66%. It broke down into 75% block 1, 60% block 2, and 65% block 3. My test is in 2 days. I honestly just want to pass. My last practice exam score was a 211 on UWSA2 one week ago, 208 on NBME 8, 215 on NBME 6, 197 on UWSA1 (around thanksgiving time) and 187 on NBME 7....I scored on NBMEs 9-12 highest 256 and lowest 248 but NBME 13 broke my confidence and my exam in 2 weeks. I am hoping to do well on the remaining exam NBME 14, UWSA2, and the free 120-2022 and new one. I took the old one 2019 and I scored 82% but tbh I think old ones don’t represent the exam well.Yes. It is very worth it. It is quite replicative of the real deal in the variety of question types, stem lengths, & difficulty. Only 5-10 questions have been replaced by new ones. And the explanation key may be scattered but the question stems and wording from explanations can be matched to one another.
