I had FTE/FTF problems and RTB issues with my early 2018 stock p365 when SIG fitted the slides to rails extremely tight. After a ton of manually cycling the slide for hours and about 300+ of Nato 124gr rounds in the slide was smooth as glass and my problems went away. I hope you're able to pinpoint the exact problem. I get a misfire every 4th or 5th round or random. I sent it back to sig twice. they replaced trigger mechanism and trigger bar and its still having same issue. P365-380 So many issues for me. The next 100 rounds of 365 FMJ, purchased directly from Sig, had 24 FTF. I purchased a box of RR Tactical FMJ from the range, also 115gr, and had no issues.

Bought the STREAMLIGHT Trigger Guard Light/Laser at Scheels. No problem at all installing on the P-365 380. I purchased the P365 TacPac this month (October 2020) and love the three 12 round clips and holster. I cleaned the gun before going to the range as I have learned this is always a good practice plus it let me familiarize myself with the gun.
