Most of iron grasp doesn't work on boil over players. At most it should only slightly increase the wiggle free time. I don't know if it impacts the struggle effect at all. Boil over is supposed to overpower iron grasps struggle effect reduction. What iron grasp does is limited and I doubt helps with the infinites.

If you're on PC, learn to turn 90-degrees and use the sway of the wiggle to move the direction you want to go. Don't try to fight the wiggle if you get stuck, you have to turn and ride it.
