Location. East Mountaintops of the Giants, in the very southeast of the area. From the Foot of the Forge Site of Grace just east of the Church of Repose, head east over the chain bridge. Continue heading east up the slope and walk across the chain leading up to the cauldron to reach the Forge of the Giants. Do not jump down into the center.

You can only use a glitch. Speedrun has already use it. I'm pretty sure there's an alternative way to get there without progressing through the story. They have put up an infinity of portals and passages that allow you to explore the whole map by killing a couple of bosses. I doubt they've cut out a slice like the mountains of giants.
