Trying to start my JK this morning it turned a quarter of the way over then it stopped, at the second try nothing happens when turning the key. Come back to car insert key and for half a second looks like car is going to turn on but nothing happens. Try again and car is completely dead nothing works. Also check fuses F26, F13 and F9 these provide power to the relays and the SCU (Start control module) and are also located in the same fuse box.
